iT's A GEEK-A-THON, i hope i don't catch it!

this weekend nerds across the county gathered at the MECA that is the MOSCONE CENTER to worship all that is geeky.  yes it's true, present were COMiC BOOKS, COMiC STRiPS, ViDEO GAMES, SCi Fi, MANGA, WASHED UP ACTORS, and loads of people dressed up in costumes!  i thought that since none of you will probably EVER see first hand the over powering nerd-dome that goes on at the convention i would document it by taking a few pictures and expose the geeks in all their glory!

BRiAN is so totally nerdy that he actually gets asked to speak on panels about creating comics!  should i be proud or way embarrassed???

i don't know who the heck this adorable little girl is suppose to be but i LOVED her pink wig and boots!  she also totally worked the camera with an awesome pose, watch out TYRA you got yourself some competition.

the storm troppers were out in full force making sure the cool kids didn't find their way inside (johnny and i were escorted out after this picture was taken....sad)

ummmm.....i for sure found my posse.  it's my evil cheerleader squad --- we performed later on and kicked BUTT!

it's hard to decide who is prettier, i think that we are showing about the same amount of skin.

HOLY EASTER BATMAN...iT'S A NERDY EASTER BASKET (and BRiAN wasn't present)!

what happens when uncle PRESTON comes home to visit?  ALL SORTS OF FUN AND SHA-NANiGANS!  with only forty-five minutes to color 3 dozen eggs we drove right in and got our hands dirty!  i still can't believe that i left in BRiAN in california and still had to deal with a nerdy egg dying party, BENNETT insisted on getting the marvel comic coloring kit.

they only gave us three plastic wraps, but how excited was BRiAN when i told him i made him a special egg with spiderwomen on it!

WALLY was so excited to get started, unfortunately he choose to start with the pink dye -- it NEVER worked!

mom was so smart and pulled out the strainer to remove the eggs from the boiling water.  i was fishing for it with a spoon.  PAPA said that he was going to use the plastic wrapped egg in the rolling contest.

mom and dad are always soooooooo happy when i come home.

grandma was up to her crazy antics and tried to drink the dye -- vinegar + water = GROSS!

here a sticker, there a sticker, everywhere a sticker sticker.  i don't think many of them landed on the eggs.  although i made sure to make a GiRL POWER egg, i took a pink egg and placed the tough cookie ELECTRA on it.  i hope someone rolls her down the mountain and she kicks BUTT!
