Bennett's APPLE field trip...

It was a BIG day for little Bennett.

Bennett got to go to the Santaquin Red Barn to learn more about APPLES. He learned how to pick an apple. You never pull down on an apple to get it out of the tree because as you pull the apple other apples fall off the tree and onto the ground. The right was to pick an apple is to hold the apple and with your wrist turn the apple upside down.

Bennett went on a hayride, picked an apple, found his way through a maze, ate a delicious apple doughnut and then went shopping inside the Red Barn where he got a Banana Nut ice cream cone and some Apple juice to share with his brothers at home.

Well Week 3 is history and it sucked. I lost and the Happy Hookers is still winless (So lets let her win so she will play this next year.

Results from the past week:

The Dare Devils didn't want the chores and let Rhi-Nostrils win 108.85 to 86.5

Lady Bugs found the weak link in the armour of the Nezzie Nuker but couldn't hold on and lost 101.4 to 102.85

Raider Nation stays undeafted against Da Bears with a win of 136.75 to 87.9 (See if the Raiders can play like that)

GLiTTERiNG SHULKiES finally shined and won the Happy Hookers 83.05 to 66.95

Finally, Dirty Birdz are sleeping on the couch this week with a loss to Victorious Secert 136.50 to 83.50

Nesman Family Fantasy Football Week 2 Update

Week 2 of the Nesman Family Fantasy Football is in the books. Below is the scores fromt the past week.

Nezzie Nuker continues his wave of desctruction through the leauge with a 132.40 to 75.00 win over Da Bears

The Dare Devils showed no mercy to the Lady Bugs with a 98.15 to 89.25 victory

Radier Nation had a very impressive win over Victorious Secert with a score of 114.50 to 70.60 (Maybe you could teach the Raiders to play like that).

The Dirty Birds kept the glitter off their wings with a 111.45 to 84.95 vicotry over the GLiTTERiNG SHULKiES

Rhi-Nostrils wasn't fishing on the weekend and ended with a 94.85 to 83.05 win over the Happy Hookers (Don't worry mom someday someone will take the bait and you will win).

Injury report this week:

Preston watch what happens with wide receiver Percey Harvin, he may be out with a hip injury. I will keep you updated.

Dad replace a running back, Reggie Bush is out for six weeks with a broken leg.

Zoey's Room

We finally finished decorating Zoey's room! We didn't really have a theme in mind when we started, but looking at it now the majority of it is zoo animals so most of the stuff matches. Jared painted the crib and the dresser white so they look brand new!

Yuba 2010

Wally really did ski. He tried and tried in the frigid water in Yuba. In true Wally fashion he skied after many efforts.

Rhiannon can still slalom but not the whole lake. It was a great day! Thanks Averetts for going.

First Peek at Gracie

Labor Day Weekend at Crandall's Cabin

The weekend at the Crandall's Cabin was very relaxing. Just fishing pictures. No idea what Jared was doing here?

Cody was the only one to catch a fish the second day! Cody caught the minnow, Jared caught the crawdad and Betty caught the moss.

Rocko was a great fishing partner. He is so serious. What a cute dog!

The boat didn't go fast after the throttle broke. The little trolling motor was saying "I think I can, I think I can! "

The trio trolling. It was fun to fish with my boys. I wish I could have out fished them this day. The day before it was embarassing how easy I caught the fish. I could even catch the fish on a bare hook.

We are pretty sure that Grace was the Utes good luck charm last night in that crazy win over the Panthers of Pittsburgh. This first picture of her and her cousin Wally is probably the cutest picture of two little Ute fans in existence!!

AHH....BACK TO SCHOOL

It's hard to believe but Warren is in 5th grade this year. His teacher is Miss Roach and she is every boys dream teacher. She follow all kinds of sports and love to test kids knowledge on stats, players and teams.

Wally is starting 2nd grade. His teacher is Miss Sahlin and she is very lucky to have such a good looking kid in her class.

Bennett started preschool. His teacher is Mrs. Suzan. Bennett loves being a BIG boy and going to school. Bennett was a little disappointed when I took him to school because he thought he was going to SCHOOL not someone's house.

Brotherly Love...Yes, they do love each other at times.

I guess if school isn't a success this year the Utah Jazz will be.

Gracie being silly

Mom and dad were busy eating birthday cake, so I found a new way to enjoy my binky. I like to find new ways to make mom and dad laugh :)
