COMiC CON

look at how nerdy i am.

the much more natural nerd, he doesn't have to try too hard.

optimus prime was the welcoming committee to COMiC CON.

after a little freak out that we weren't going to get in cause BRiAN left all our "paper work" at home, it was easy to get in with only our photo ids.  the proud BADGE owner.

i hate that the lanyard and badge clashed with my fabulous outfit...UGH!

TRON, i was totally drawn to the shiny outfits - maybe next year i will be dressing up.  i want to shine and sparkle too.

the jokestress herself - HARLEQUiN

hmmmm....how excited was i when i stumbled across the pony of my DREAMS!  i asked BRiAN if i could take her home but he said we didn't have room or a budget for all the hair products i would need to glamourize her everyday.

if i was a star wars action figure i would for sure have light coming from my head, it would be my sci-fi power.

i stayed far away from this preditor!

i am so sweet that i of course attracted this honey bee.  she was very impressed by my outfit.

gandolfo the white was there making sure we weren't bombarded by orcs, ogres, or those mean tree thingys.

my favorite heroines...the pheonix!

BRiAN and i sitting at the booth were he got to do his signing and sell his comic books

i tried spinning around and twirling but my wonder woman costume didn't appear like it usually does!

it's so embarrassing when you are caught wearing the same outfit....

i found a little time to work out the biceps, she-hulk really is a great work out buddy (although i think i can lift more then her).

me and nightwing, both wearing our masks so no one will find out our secret identity.

BRiAN loved himself some frankin berries when he was a kid!

i was the happiest boy in the world when i ran into the girl of my dreams -- rainbow brite!!!  i hate to brag but she loved me and we are totally besties now.

we were totally wore out after all the fun, excitement, and geeky celebration.

  1. Wow! I seriously never thought this "comic con" ever existed! I didn't think any of those people who dressed up looked nerdy;)

Looks like you two had a whole lot of fun! I am sure you both made a lot of friends there:) Thanks for getting Grace her first nerd outfit:) I am sure her fellow friends will be quite jealous!

Where there any sports heroes at comic con? Chipper Jones, Bo Jackson??????

  2. Try as much as you want Preston but you cannot pull of nerdy! I wish I went to Comi Con there to find the character of my dreams.

  3. I sure dig your UNDERCOVER costume. I had a hard time telling it was YOU. All you need is a magnifying glass and you could have been Sherlock Holmes. How can one place stand to have that may geeks around at one time? Your life size my little pony sure put ours to shame. Brian's right about the hair products plus think of all the time you would waste doing that ponies hair. You should wear a Superman costume next year. Red and Blue are great colors for you. Oh, don't forget the cape. Thanks for sharing.
